I reached out to customer service and waited for days with no real response. What’s even more frustrating is having to keep explaining the same problem over and over and still getting nowhere. I still don’t have an answer.

I’ve been getting really frustrated with this app recently. It’ll connect for maybe a minute, then drop again, even with my phone sitting right next to it. I just tried restarting everything, reinstalling the app, turning Bluetooth off and back on, and it still won’t stay connected. Maybe it worked better before, but based on the last few times I’ve used it, it feels useless right now.

I was disappointed with this. It felt cheaply made right out of the box, and after just a few uses it broke. I expected better, and now I’m not sure I’d trust buying from this brand again

I tried returning my order it wasn’t no quick thing. The emails took forever to get answered, and my refund still isn’t sorted out. I can’t say I’m not annoyed, because this has been a real headache.

At first glance, the site looks fine — clean, easy to read, and nothing really jumps out as wrong. But my brain quickly filed it under “basic website.” Some sections feel a bit plain and could use a more modern touch. It’s not bad at all, just not something that really stands out.

The site does what it’s supposed to do, but I kept thinking, okay, where am I supposed to click next? It’s not impossible to use or anything, just not as smooth or intuitive as I’d like. A cleaner layout or easier navigation would make the experience a lot better.

I bought this from loveinvibe.com it gave out way too fast. It seemed totally fine the first couple of times, but then the button started acting up and the charging became hit or miss.
What annoyed me most was the timing, because it stopped working right when I actually needed it to be dependable. For the price, I expected it to last longer. Maybe I got a dud, but the durability was really disappointing and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I wasn’t really happy with my order. The website seemed fine at first, so I figured everything would be straightforward, but after I placed the order it got weirdly unclear. I couldn’t tell if it had shipped, was still processing, or if I was just missing an update somewhere, and the timing kept feeling off compared to what I expected.
When I reached out to ask what was going on, the response took a while and didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe I misunderstood the timeline, or maybe the updates just weren’t explained well, but either way it was frustrating. I don’t think I’d order from loveinvibe.com again

"Battery life could definitely be better"
It works fine overall and I don’t really have any major complaints besides the battery. I just expected it to last longer between charges. Not saying it’s a scam, but the battery life feels a bit oversold if you’re using it often. It’s not terrible, just kind of annoying after a while. Decent product, but that part could use improvement.

It works fine for the most part, but getting around the app feels messier than it should. I could figure things out eventually, but the navigation isn’t very smooth, and some of the wording almost made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of helped. Not terrible, just a bit frustrating.

I ordered from loveinvibe.com and the delivery took quite a bit longer than what was shown at checkout. The tracking barely moved for days, so I was just sitting there wondering where my package even was, lol.
It did eventually show up, so at least there’s that, but I wouldn’t really call the shipping reliable. Customer support did respond, just without much helpful info. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

I was really hoping this would work out, but it just didn’t. I’d plug it in to charge, think it was ready to go, and then it would die way too fast. After dealing with that a few times, it felt like a waste of money.

I ordered something from loveinvibe.com and they sent me a completely different item. The color was wrong, the model was wrong, basically not what I chose at checkout at all. I don’t have the patience for this kind of mix-up, especially when it seems like nobody even bothered to check the order before sending it out. Now I’m stuck dealing with a return for a mistake that wasn’t mine. Frustrating.

"Privacy settings are there, but I’m not totally convinced"
I poked around the privacy settings and they seem okay at first glance, but I still don’t feel completely comfortable. The controls are easy enough to find, which is good, but the way they explain what happens with your data feels vague. Maybe it’s fine, but I kept feeling like there were details missing, and that makes me a little uneasy.
